Vegetables
There is much interest these days in eating locally grown produce. This interest is likely in part due to economic times, but also consumer concern about the origin of the food we eat. While it is certainly fun to support your local farmers market, there is still nothing quite like the joy of growing your own vegetables. Jade Gardens is the retail arm of Chow’s Farms – a well-known produce farm in the greater Toronto area. As such – we know all the ins and outs of vegetable growing. Did you know that you don’t need a huge yard to have a vegetable garden – many veggies can even be container grown on a deck or balcony.
